The price you will be charged is the price shown on the site when you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

Product Availability

| Most art works here at the Wallin Studios are unique, some are multiples but are still available only in limited quantities. If I cannot ship within ten days from the date Wallin Studios receives your payment, I will notify you by email and/or mail provide more specific information. |

Payment

Check or money order. Make checks out to Wallin Studios.
Wallin Studios must receive your payment within 30 days or your order will be canceled. |
| Shipping |
| Wallin Studios will ship your order when full payment has been
received and has cleared my bank. (Approximately two business
days after payment is received.)
All shipments are carefully packed by seller and insured against
loss or damage. The buyer should inspect the shipment on arrival.
If a work is received in other than new condition, the buyer must
mail a written claim concerning damages to the carrier within
48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Since each piece is unique, shipping costs are determined on a per-artwork basis. Costs are calculated based on the size and fragility of the artwork (which dictates the sort of crating or packaging necessary), the distance shipped, the type of carrier used and the requested speed of delivery. I will strive to deliver the lowest rates possible for safe and reliable handling to ensure that your purchase arrives in its original condition. Shipping costs are pre-paid at the time of purchase.
In most cases, I rely on express carriers such as Federal Express
or UPS. Out-sized or especially delicate pieces are sent via carriers
who specialize in packaging and shipping artwork.

| Confirmation of Orders |
Wallin Studios will send you a confirmation of your order by email and/or regular mail when your order is received, this confirmation will detail the cost of the item, tax, and shipping and handling.
I will send a second email when I receive your payment along with the shipping method and schedule. |
| Will My Artwork Arrive Framed? |
| Most of the artworks offered on WallinStudios.com are presented unframed. The purpose of this policy is to avoid unnecessary costs both in purchasing and shipping artwork. Framing is an important component of how a work of art is presented, as the right frame both protects the artwork and complements the decor in which it is displayed. This is why the owner of an art piece is the best person to select a frame. Consult your telephone directory under Picture Frames for a list of framers in your area. Wallin Studios may be able to recommend a type of frame that would be suitable for the work you have purchased. Ask me. |
| Returns: Terms And Conditions |
| Buying art directly online without viewing it first can be rather daunting, and not wanting anyone to be disappointed on receipt of the actual work, if for any reason you are not pleased with what you receive just return it to us within 30 days, in its original condition, and I will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price. Please email me before returning any items. |

There are international, national and state laws that regulate the sale and resale of art and of copyright. The purchaser acknowledges that the artist retains all copyright on the piece of art. No changes, including mutilation, are to be made to the art after purchase of the art without the written consent of the artist. The art is not to be shown at public exhibition without the written consent of the artist. Any sale or change of ownership must be reported to the artist so that the provenance of the piece of work may be maintained thus assuring its continued increase in value. Five percent of the gross of any such increase is payable to the artist. All international laws regarding the sale and resale of art and copyright apply.
